Most of the hotels in San Juan Cosala are on the main road. While the location is convenient, it can also be quite noisy. The room was very spacious, except the bathroom was tiny. The shower etc. all worked great. I don't think there was AC but not sure. We didn't need it; it was January. Bedrooms were huge and very cute with two beds each. Beds were extremely hard! With the door closed, we slept quite well and the street noise died down by 11 pm. Small mineral pools were great!! And we also had massages in a room for two by the lobby. Everyone on staff was so nice and try to assist in any way.
Una experiencia inolvidable en las tinas de hidromasaje aunque tienen un costo extra todo la atención muy bien. En general la alberca, el jacuzzi y el temazcal de 10. Un buen lugar para pasarla bien en pareja o en familia. A diferencia de otros lugares que están llenos aquí encuentras paz, armonía y tranquilidad
Excelente lugar, las habitaciones y todas las instalaciones están muy bien cuidada y el concepto de rocas y así está muy padre. Tiene estacionamiento y un Oxxo abajo. Muy amables todos. Lo único es que los horarios del bar/restaurante están raros, nunca pudimos aprovechar desayunar o pedir bebidas a medio día. Si te dejan ingresar bebidas, exepto cerveza.
Solo utilice la alberca, jacuzzi y el temazcal. Indiscutible la buena atención de las personas que trabajan en el hotel. El restaurante estaba cerrado. En general muy bien las instalaciones, a unos pasos está un OXXO
Muy bonito lugar, y muy acondicionado para el balneario a pesar de estar pequeño él espacio. El servicio de recepción y mantenimiento muy profesional a pesar de ser personal muy jovén.
Me gustó ir, está muy íntimo. Cuidaría que si es un hotel de descanso, la salida de estacionamiento da directo a una habitación donde están encendiendo las luces y subiendo escaleras, además de las risas y hablar en voz alta. En las habitaciones hace falta tener un Frigo bar, no tiene mucha utilidad tener un Oxxo a unos metros si en la habitación se te calientan las bebidas
No hay aire acondicionado solo un ventilador, el jacuzzi y alberca techada, agua caliente natural, incluye temazcal, recomiendo visitarlo, hay un Oxxo en la planta baja y balnearios cerca, buena vista al lago desde su terraza-restaurante
La pase muy relajado, nos gustó mucho, pero si creo que el hotel no tiene la Capacidad que cree tener, una vez que meten mucha gente se nota que la alberca y el jacuzzi se quedan pequeños para toda la gente que quisieran meter, recomendaría ir en temporada que no haya tanta gente, la comida y bebidas del restaurante estan muy ricas y el personal es muy amable, dormí riquísimo
